Instructions

Depending on the commission type the usual workflow is:
Rough sketch -> Clean Sketch -> Lineart -> Flat Colours -> Shading -> Render + details -> Commission finished!
A WIP (work in progress) will be shared with you at every step.1. We'll discuss about your commission!
Here you can send me all references so I can accurately draw what you'd like (poses, characters, clothes, vibe, etc). Can be written descriptions, pics, illustrations, mood boards, pinterest boards, etc. -This is highly encouraged and much appreciated!-2. I'll send you a summary of your commission for you to revise the overall ideas.
Once it's approved, I'll send you a payment request.
I'll start working after receiving the full payment (upfront).
Important! -> Other payment methods can be discussed, such as paying half the final price before starting the commission and the other half once the rough sketch is approved.3. I'll send you a sketch where you can revise and let me know if there's anything you'd like to fix or change (Max 3 major changes*).
After those modifications and once the sketch is approved, I'll keep on finishing the piece.4. I'll be sending you wip screenshots (work in progress) at the lineart, flat colours and render stages.
Any colour correction can be done only at the flat colours stage.5. I'll send you the high quality image to your email address or upload it to a cloud service for your download.
Image format will be PNG / JPG. This image will have a small watermark with my signature. Anything regarding this, can be discussed in case you need an unwatermarked version.*Major changes / fixes such as: pose, expression, composition, clothes.

GENERAL- Please provide character/commission idea references (pictures of said character, moodboards, clothes, written descriptions, poses, etc). Anything you find useful will be welcome!- A link to a Kanban Board will be shared for you to track your commission status. The link will also be available on this website.- Depending on the complexity of the character or background, the price may increase.- I have all rights to post the commission in social media or use them as examples in my gallery/portfolio.- If you want the commission to be private and not posted, you have to tell me beforehand so we can discuss it further.PAYMENTS- Payment is preferred upfront, before starting the commission.
- Can also be done half before starting the commission and half once the rough sketch is approved.DEADLINES- Estimated turnaround time goes from 1 week up to 2 months approximately, it can also change depending on the commission's complexity and type.
- If you have any deadline for your commission, message me first so we can talk about the possibility of it being delivered in time. Rush or speed-up fees may also apply.Once more, you can always send me a message to check on your commission's status.
(◡ ‿ ◡ .)DELIVERY- High quality image (png / jpg) with my watermark delivered via e-mail or uploaded to a cloud service (i.e. Google Drive, One Drive, etc) for your download in case the file is too big or there's too many files to be sent over e-mail.USE- Personal use.
- Commercial and Monentized use. Commercial / Monetization fees will apply. Please let me know beforehand so we can talk about these fees.
- Any other unlisted type of use here can be discussed! Feel free to ask about your idea.REFUNDS- Partial refunds -> Up to the lineart stage (sketch, lineart) you'll only be refunded half the final price.
- Once started with the colour stages (flats, render), you will not be refunded.
- I will not refund you if you are not satisfied with the final result of the drawing.
- In case I cannot work or continue working on you commission for any personal reason, you'll be 100% fully refunded.COMMUNICATION- We can chat via DMs at Twitter/X, Discord, Instagram or via e-mail. Whatever feels most comfortable for you! I'd suggest Discord or e-mail for easily sharing wip updates.
